DESCRIPTION
* A Customer Service Representative will identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
* will inform customers about the day’s specials.
* Offer menu recommendations upon request
* Up-sell additional products when appropriate
* Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
* Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu & service specifications for reservation.
* Possess social media and emailing skills.
* Should own person computer.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
* Customer's service rep. should possess social media and emailing skills.
* Understand about online payment
* Own a personal computer.
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Know how to work both independently and with team.
